Local SEO Case Study: Google Business Profile Driving Local Customer Actions
This project focused on improving the local visibility of a business through Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO strategies. By optimizing the business listing, improving local relevance, and strengthening its presence in Google Search and Maps, we were able to significantly increase customer engagement.
Over time, the business listing generated strong visibility with 2.67K total views, including 1.57K views from Google Maps and 1.1K views from Google Search.
The improved visibility also resulted in valuable customer actions, including 105 phone calls, 79 website visits, and 52 direction requests, helping the business attract more potential customers from local search.
